The adventure begins

I’ll start by saying I didn’t drop my bike today, although there are no guarantees about tomorrow. We began with an excellent breakfast. Then out we went to practice some basic skills like picking up a “sleeping” GS. I’ve already had plenty of practice here!  I must admit I was a little nervous at the onset. We did a variety of skills drills including front brake skids, rear brake skids, and turning in the dirt. Overall I came to the realization that I’m not as good as I imagined I was and the the Intro to Adventure was the right place for me! Dinner was again fantastic and the camaraderie is enjoyable.
