MX22: San Ignacio

There is a simpleness to Bahía de los Ángeles that makes it quite appealing. The stillness of the morning is hard to describe. After breakfast at Guillemo's we continued our southward journey. The cactus vistas seemed unreal, like something from a Dr Seuss book.

The clocks pushed back an hour upon entering Baja California Sur. Light rain came and went throughout the day. Nonetheless, a pleasant cool day.

The town of San Ignacio is a literal oasis in the Baja desert. Water, palm trees, a small European-styled town square with a church anchoring the end. We walked to dinner and discussed our route planning for tomorrow. First things first, dinner and a void nights sleep tonight!
