A “quincho” is a special place in the homes of Chileans. It is a room with a parilla to gather with friends and family. We were fortunate to have Zivko’s friend, Sergio, invite us to his quincho! He prepared an outstanding meal including chicken, beef, lamb, pork and sausages. Unlike the US, there is no rush at dinner as they can last hours!
